  1. On the day of the booked workshop, please be reminded to bring the following for your child: a water bottle, apron, and a mask. If in any case that you have forgotten to bring an apron, you can rent an apron from us for $20(member), $40(non-member).
  2. To ensure the health and safety of each child, we would require both parents and children to put on their masks during the cooking activity. If in any case that you don't have a mask with you, our staff would have to let you and your child sit on the side during the cooking or baking activity and will be invited to join the group after.

On Sunday, exclusive/customized events can be organized according to your needs.

We currently have 4 classroom spaces to which can be used for workshops and space rental services.

Here are our guidelines: 

  1. Please arrive on time during your booked workshop.
  2. Kindly set aside food and beverages during the workshop.
  3. Bringing pets and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
  4. To ensure the quality of the workshop, we would request parents to turn their phone into silent mode. If you wish to take a photo of your child during the workshop, you may do so but please be aware of your surroundings to avoid disrupting the workshop. Filming videos during the workshop is strictly prohibited.
  5. For safety measures, kindly bring your own power bank to charge your mobile phones.
  6. Misbehavior, running or any act that may lead to accidents is prohibited. In case a child misbehaves, the teacher has the right to put him/her on time out.
  7. Children who are not booked are not allowed to join the workshop or observe the workshop. 
  8. If the workshop requires a parent and a child to join, other parents of the same workshop should observe the class in the designated area. For activities under the age of four, only one parent is allowed to accompany the child during the activity.
  9. If your child needs to go to the washroom or drink water during the workshop, kindly inform the instructor.
  10.  To ensure the safety of the children and for our instructors to prepare for the next workshop, we would request everyone to leave the premises within 10 minutes after the workshop.
  1. To ensure the quality of the workshop and in order for children to learn self-discipline and time concepts, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the workshop. It is strongly recommended to observe the event time. If you cannot make it on the day of, please inform us.
  2. If the cancellation was made more than 7 days prior to the date of the workshop, the points will be returned in full. If the cancellation was made between 2 to 6 days prior to the workshop start, the option to reschedule or cancel will be given.
  3. If the cancellation was made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the workshop starting, members have the option to reschedule once per month or cancel, and the points will be returned in full but need to pay a minimum admin fee of $200 (depending on the workshop). If a member canceled for the 2nd time within the same month, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. If less than 24 hours, there is no option to cancel or reschedule, and the points will not be refunded but members are allowed to find a substitute if he/she can’t join the workshop. Please inform us first of the new participant’s name and contact information.
  4. To ensure the safety of the children and for our instructors to prepare for the next workshop, we would request everyone to leave the premises within 10 minutes after the workshop.

  4. If you are joining for the first-time experience workshop / single workshop / regular member, GUUDNEST will provide an apron for your child with a $20(member) rental fee, $40(non-member)

  • For chicks program (2-4 years old): a parent is required to participate in the workshop with the child during the workshop. If the child has more than 1 guardian, we would request to stay in a designated area to avoid disruption during the workshop.
  • For owlets program (4-6 years old): we would request parents to wait in the reception area and not join the workshop as we encourage your child to work independently. If it's your child's first time to join, you can stay with them for a maximum of 15 minutes before or after the workshop.

First-time workshop fees are as follows:
  • Chick Program (2-4 years old): $880 (original price $1,100)
  • Owlet Program (4-6 years old): $880 (original price $1,100)
  • Fledgling Program (6-12 years old): $1,360 (original price $1,700)

Cancellation & Extension Policy

  • The points will be returned in full if the cancellation is made more than 7 calendar days prior to the date of the workshop.

  • If less than 24 hrs, there is no option to cancel/reschedule, but members are allowed to find a substitute if he/she can’t join the workshop. What required only is the name of kid and parent, mobile phone number before the workshop starts.
  • A minimum of 4 participants is required to run a workshop. Guudnest reserves the right to reschedule the class or refund in full if less than 4 participants. If the workshop is rescheduled, participants will be notified no later than 48 hours before the class.

* Members who booked the class using points can reschedule once per month if less than 24-48 hours before class, and points will be returned in full but would need to pay a cancellation fee of $200. If cancellation occurs the 2nd time of the month, no refund will be given. This condition applies to those who book the class using points only.

If you sign up for a camp activity, but the government agency announces the suspension of classes, we will not refund the activity points, however, we will reschedule to make up for the class and notify you.

Cancellation & Extension Policy

  • The points will be returned in full if the cancellation is made more than 14 calendar days prior to the date of camp.
  • 7-13 calendar days prior to the camp start, the option to reschedule once or return 70% of the points (rounded up to the nearest whole digit) will be made available.
  • 6 to 4 calendar days prior to the camp start, the option to reschedule once or return 50% of the points (rounded up to the nearest whole digit) will be made available.
  • Less than 3 calendar days prior to the date of the camp, there is no option of rescheduling or canceling.
  • Members are allowed to find a substitute if he/she can’t join the camp. What required only is the name of kid and parent, mobile phone number before the camp starts.
  • A minimum of 4 participants is required to run a camp. Guudnest reserves the right to reschedule the class or refund in full if less than 4 participants. If the camp is rescheduled, participants will be notified no matter than 48 hours before the class.
  • If the camper is not feeling well at the time of their booked camp, we would advised for them to stay home and follow safety precautions. An administration fee of $300/half-day camp will be charged or $600/full day camp.

*  Early bird bookings will be subject to pro-rata upon cancellation and will be based on the original five full-day camp price and free workshop is no longer valid. Free workshop (valued at $1,100) will only be granted or claimed upon completion of the five full-day camp.

  1. Camp activities are divided into summer camps, winter camps, and holiday camps.
  2. Start date:
    • Summer Camp: Summer Break
    • Winter Camp: Winter Break
    • Holiday Camp: National Holidays or General Holidays
  3. Our camp activities have limited space, and members need to confirm their booking in advance.

We have a minimum of four (4) children before we open our camps. If there are fewer than 4 children joining our camps, we will cancel the activity and refund the activity points in full.

  1. If the cancellation was made 21 days prior to the date of the event, only 50% of the total deposit paid will be refunded. The $2,000 reservation fee is non-refundable.
  2. If the cancellation was made 7 days prior to the date of the event, no refund will be made.
  1. To request an extension, please call Guudnest or drop by our physical store in Tianmu.
  2. Postponed activities can no longer be rescheduled or canceled.
  3. If the event needs to be extended, we must be notified 21 days before the event date. In the event that the party is canceled, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded 50% and we will also charge a 15% administration fee.
  4. If the event is canceled 7 days before the event date, no refund will be given. If the event is postponed, a 30% handling fee and an administrative fee will be charged.
  5. Each activity can be extended once and should be used within 2 months from the original date.
We have a minimum number of 10 guests/children per party booking. Should you not reach the number of children, we will still calculate the fee based on the package price which is $15,000.

In the event that a child cannot participate in the day due to illness or other circumstances, we will still charge the same fee. If in any case there's an increase of attendees, the client should inform us within 2-7 days before the event date. An additional fee for every child guests will be $1,700/person. For more information, please refer to our party / private booking terms and conditions.

  1. In order to meet your needs and to ensure that you have your preferred date, it is advised that you book your date 30 days in advance. A booking reservation of $2,000 is required to reserve the date.
  2. Members need to pay 50% in advance 22 days before the booking date as a security deposit, and once invitations are ready for pick up.
  3. The remaining balance can be completed 8 days before the booking date.
Activity points are the deduction vouchers for GUUDNEST members in the workshop. Members may purchase a certain amount of activity points and can get different points rewards, shopping rewards, or gifts.

The activity points you purchase can only be deducted when you booked a workshop with us. The rewarded activity points can only be used for deduction when the balance of regular activity points in your account is insufficient.

Please note: When buying products on the official website of GUUDNEST, you can not use activity points to deduct, you can only use cash + bonus points to check out.

Yes, the activity points you purchased are only valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once expired, it can no longer be used nor refunded.
Please do note that activity points given as gifts nor rewards cannot be extended and non-convertible to cash.

If your activity points are about to expire, you can easily top-up by purchasing more points, the expiration will all reset for another year based on the last date of purchase. We are now offering a 25 point package to cater to your needs. 

Sorry, activity points earned through gifts and rewards are not applicable for refunds, extensions, and cash exchange. 

Unfortunately, both purchased points and rewards or bonus points are non-transferrable.

The cash bonus you received can be used on our website to purchase activity points, products, venue rental, and party checkout, which can be used to offset the checkout amount by up to 10%.

Your cash bonus will be valid for 1 year and can be accumulated. When you use the credit, you won't get change when you use it, and cannot be returned once used.

Please note that when you spend your cash bonus on the GUUDNEST official website, you must choose between using your cash bonus or your discount coupon, you are not allowed to use both at the same time.

The cash bonus you receive will take 7 days to become effective.

Should there be unforeseen events or circumstances that would hinder us from opening the workshop as scheduled, the canceled workshop will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Yes, you can. However, you must cancel your booked workshop at least 7 days prior to your booking date, and all points will be returned to your account.

After applying to reschedule, you are given 1 month to complete the workshop.

To keep the quality of our workshop, we plan everything in advance and we purchase ingredients depending on the number of bookings. We understand that there are times that circumstances change and your little one is unable to attend our workshop, all we ask is to let us know in advance.

We have a maximum of 10 children per workshop and a minimum of 4 children to open a workshop. Advance booking is required to ensure that you have a slot during your preferred workshop date.

Yes, you can! You have the option to book a workshop on a per-day basis.

You can book our workshops on your own online or you may drop by our physical store in Tianmu and a Guudnest staff will help you become a member and help you book a workshop.

  1. To cancel the contract, please go to our physical store in Tianmu to apply for cancellation. Guudnest will start the cancellation process and verify if you have points left or have any balance left. Once everything has been verified and computation has been finalized, we will arrange for cancellation and refund.
  2. The cancellation application must be submitted before the expiration period of points. Once points have expired, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
  3. Regardless of any membership point packages purchased, any class attended will be calculated at the non-member pricing, and then 15% value of the originally purchased membership point package will also be deducted as the cancellation fee. If there are free points, freebies, or bonus points, they cannot be exchanged into any cash value and will be unconditionally withdrawn.

1. For refunds of points purchased online:

  • Please inform us by e-mail, and we will schedule a time to discuss the refund. If you are buying a physical product, you can refer to the second clause above.
  • Members must be present at GUUDNEST store to fill out the refund form, and return both the receipt and the unused welcome gifts. Upon confirmation by GUUDNEST’s both staff and supervisor, the company will remit the money to your designated bank account within two weeks, and deduct NT$30 from the amount of the remittance as a transfer fee, and thereafter, all the workshop bookings will be terminated.
  • Upon cancellation, members must return all unused welcome gifts in good condition. Should there be any damage or if you have used the freebies included in your package, we will deduct $500 from your balance before providing you a refund.

2. For refunds of points purchased on-site:
  • For cancellation, GUUDNEST members must fill out a form to request for cancellation and refund.
  • The refund procedure is the same as above.

Please note the following:
  1. Should there be any damaged products involved due to quality problems, Guudnest will have to authenticate and check if the problem at hand. Guudnest reserves the right to the final decision.
  2. Refunds are processed based on the same payment price and conditions when the customer purchased the product. Discounts, vouchers, shipping charges, etc. are not refundable.
  3. When returning a product due to quality, please ensure that all labels are intact. Should there be any damage or opened packages, we have the right to refuse to accept the product.
  1. The product to be returned must be a complete and unused product. When sending it back, please be sure to put the product in the package and send it (client will bear the shipment cost). Please attach your bank account and account name details for the refund. Guudnest will process your refund request based on the product, if you have requested an invoice when shopping, please send the invoice together with the package at No. 713, Section 6, Zhongshan North Road, Shilin District, Taipei City 111, and e-mail guudnest@gmail.com.
  2. After receiving the returned item and verifying that it is correct, we will process a refund within 5-10 working days after the returned goods are stored in the warehouse.
  3. Refund your money to your bank account (based on the information you've provided).
  4. A Guudnest staff will get in touch with you. 
According to Article 19 of the "Consumer Protection Law", once you shop on the official website of the GUUDNEST store you have 7 days to return the purchased goods. However, the following situations will not be accepted:

(1) Those who cannot provide physical receipts or electronic transaction details.
(2) Ready-to-eat commodities with goods having a short shelf life or more than 7 days.
